In the cold of a Denver winter, on January 29, 2022, the life of 23-year-old Elijah Kelly was tragically cut short. That evening, gunshots echoed in the vicinity of East Colfax Avenue and North Ogden Street. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two young men suffering from gunshot wounds.
