On a summer evening in Denver, Colorado, the life of Eddie Frazier, a 31-year-old Black man, was cut short by gunfire. On June 12, 1993, police responded to reports of shots fired in the 8000 block of East 12th Avenue. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered Frazier deceased inside his vehicle, the victim of a fatal shooting.
