On June 12, 1993, a tragic incident occurred in Denver, Colorado, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Eddie Frazier. The incident took place in the 8000 block of East 12th Avenue, where officers from the Denver Police Department responded to a report of 'shots fired'. Upon arrival, the officers found Eddie Frazier shot to death inside his vehicle.
