On December 27, 2022, at approximately 7:00 p.m., 15-year-old Marques Hernandez was fatally shot in the 1600 block of North Grove Street in Denver, Colorado. This area is situated near the intersection of Federal Boulevard and West Colfax Avenue. Upon receiving reports of a shooting, Denver Police Department officers and paramedics arrived at the scene and found Marques deceased from gunshot wounds.
