On August 4, 2017, 31-year-old Ashley Sena was found deceased in a hotel room in Roswell, New Mexico. Her life was cut short when she sustained a single gunshot wound to the face. The discovery was made by staff at the Comfort Suites in the 3600 block of North Main Street, who entered the room that afternoon. Investigators from the Roswell Police Department quickly confirmed that her death was a homicide.
