On the evening of May 25, 2019, in Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico, a White/Caucasian male named Christopher Williams, age 40, offered a ride to a younger man, setting in motion a tragic sequence of events that would end his life. Williams had left his mother and stepfather's home to take 21-year-old Travis Nolan to a gas station. However, their journey took a fatal turn in the 100 block of Glade Drive.
