Kyle Ntiforo, age 23, was tragically shot and killed on October 17, 2014, after an altercation outside the Lotus nightclub in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. The incident occurred in an alley near Gold Avenue, following a confrontation with two men. After a lengthy investigation, two suspects were identified in connection with Ntiforo's death: Tory Burdex and his brother, Tim Burdex Jr. Tory Burdex was arrested in January 2016, but Tim Burdex remained at large for some time.
