Jessica Casaus-Lucero, a 31-year-old resident of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, tragically lost her life on January 27, 2021, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born on July 26, 1989, in Farmington, New Mexico, Jessica's life was cut short in a violent incident that also claimed the life of another young woman.
