On September 23, 2021, a tragic incident occurred in Hobbs, New Mexico, resulting in the death of Celina Maldonado, a 28-year-old woman. The event took place on the 1200 block of East Broadway, where Steven Samreth was identified as the suspect responsible for the shooting.
