Anthony Dean Malone, a 26-year-old resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico, met a tragic end on December 20, 2021. The circumstances surrounding his death are tied to an incident at a local smoke shop.

On the day of the incident, Anthony Malone was involved in an attempted robbery at the smoke shop owned by Chuko Sandoval. According to the reports, Malone was attempting to flee the scene when Sandoval intervened. Sandoval, in an effort to protect his property and possibly himself, shot Malone ...
