On February 21, 2006, a tragic incident occurred in the area of Cedar Street and Washington Street in Boston, Massachusetts, resulting in the death of Chudney Frazier, a 30-year-old resident of Dorchester. The event unfolded when officers from District 2 of the Boston Police Department responded to a report of a person shot at approximately 9:30 PM.
