On the evening of February 21, 2006, a burst of gunfire shattered the night at the intersection of Cedar Street and Washington Street in Boston. When police officers arrived at the scene around 9:30 p.m., they discovered a man inside a vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The man was identified as 30-year-old Chudney Frazier of Dorchester. He was rushed to a local hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
