In the summer of 2007, on July 8th, the life of 28-year-old Gregory Goncalves Jr. of Abington, Massachusetts, was violently cut short. He was found in a driveway on Hunt Street in Brockton, seated in the passenger side of a car, having been shot 15 times. The brutal nature of the killing pointed to a targeted act, launching an intensive investigation into who would want the young man dead and why.
