In the early morning hours of June 19, 2016, a party at a residence on Methuen Street in Dracut, Massachusetts, took a tragic turn, ending the life of 31-year-old Trevor Washington, a Black / African American male. What began as a social gathering descended into violence after a verbal altercation erupted between Washington and another partygoer, Davanni Curran.
