On the evening of December 5, 2023, the city of Brockton was disturbed by the sound of gunfire. Police were called to the vicinity of 28 Lexington Street and Green Street at approximately 6:17 p.m. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
