In the early morning hours of August 27, 2016, tragedy struck in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. Jeffrey Kelly, a 28-year-old male, was fatally shot outside a 7-Eleven convenience store located at the intersection of Centre Street and South Huntington Avenue.
