In the fall of 2016, the life of 34-year-old Jorge Luis Aristi Viscaino was tragically cut short. On the evening of Sunday, October 16th, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Viscaino was in an alley behind a building on Haverhill Street when he was shot. The incident occurred at approximately 9:15 p.m.
