In the early hours of August 7, 2017, the life of 31-year-old Colin Hodges, a male Navy veteran, was tragically cut short in his hometown of Holyoke, Massachusetts. Police responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 1:06 a.m. on South Summer Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene on the second-floor rear porch of a residence.
