In the fall of 2019, the life of 26-year-old Robert Hinckley III was tragically cut short on a Tuesday evening in Everett, Massachusetts. On October 8th, at approximately 9 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the peace in the vicinity of Partridge Terrace and Chelsea Street.
