On the evening of November 6, 2022, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of an Orlando Street neighborhood in Mattapan, Boston. When the chaos subsided, 48-year-old Edwin Pizarro, a male resident of the area, was found suffering from gunshot wounds. The shooting occurred around 9:15 p.m. outside of Pizarro's apartment building. Another individual was also struck by the gunfire.
