Aaron Locklear, a 30-year-old security guard and father of three, was tragically shot on November 28, 2014, while on duty outside the Riverdale Osborne Towers in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Locklear was shot in the neck and succumbed to his injuries on December 4, 2014, after being taken off life support. The incident also left another security guard, James Merced, wounded but alive.
