William Clement Marks, a 23-year-old homeless man, was one of the victims of Douglas Franklin Wright, a serial killer who terrorized Oregon between 1969 and 1991. Marks' death occurred in October 1991, along with two other homeless men, Anthony Arthur Barker and William Ray Davis, all of whom were lured to their deaths by Wright under the pretense of offering them work.
