On April 17, 2014, Emery Wade Connor, a 42-year-old mechanical engineer, lost his life to gun violence in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Connor, who had eight years of service with BNSF, was fatally shot at the BNSF yard in Klamath Falls.

The investigation into Connor's death led to the swift identification and arrest of a suspect. James Harold Forshee II, a 58-year-old former coworker of Connor's, was apprehended by the authorities and charged with murder. Forshee's arrest was announced shortly ...
