In the spring of 2016, a burst of violence shattered the peace of a public park, leaving a family grieving and a community in shock. On the evening of April 15, 2016, Arnulfo Panuco-Anzaldo, a 48-year-old Hispanic male, was shot and killed in Veterans Memorial Park in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
