On February 16, 2015, a tragic incident occurred in Myrtle Creek, Oregon, a small town with a population of approximately 3,400 residents. Shane Allen Bass, a 19-year-old resident of Myrtle Creek, was involved in a devastating event that resulted in the deaths of both himself and his infant daughter.
