On March 2, 2015, 29-year-old Marquis Delon Chaney was fatally shot in North Portland, Oregon. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Blandena Street and Commercial Avenue. Chaney was inside a white car when he was shot multiple times in the head and neck, causing the vehicle to collide with a parked van.
