In the early morning hours of June 23, 2023, the life of Fortressen Oserahuimen Oriakhi, a 29-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in Portland, Oregon. Oriakhi, a resident of nearby Gresham, had been out with his friend, 25-year-old Isidahomen Ikhuoria, who was visiting from Nigeria to celebrate Oriakhi's birthday.
