On November 7, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in Roseburg, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of Donya Adams, her daughter Amory Adams, and her 10-year-old foster daughter, Payshience 'Tia' Adams. Donya Adams, who was 55 years old at the time of her death, was a foster mother who had taken in several children, including the suspect in this case.
