Cody B. Oller, a 25-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was found dead on January 8, 2018, following reports of gunfire at a northeast Portland park. The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office determined that Oller's death was the result of a gunshot wound and ruled the death a homicide.
