In the spring of 2019, the life of 39-year-old James G. Richardson, a male, was tragically cut short in Portland, Oregon. On the evening of April 24, police were called to the 8400 block of Southeast Foster Road after reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Richardson with what appeared to be a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
