In the early morning hours of August 30, 2019, the life of 19-year-old Logan Karli Nettleton, a White female, was tragically cut short in her Portland, Oregon apartment. Responding to reports of a shooting at a residence near Southeast 174th Avenue and Powell Boulevard at approximately 3:33 a.m., police discovered Nettleton with a fatal gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and the medical examiner later ruled her death a homicide.
