Todd Alexander Rudiger, a 29-year-old white male from Portland, Oregon, was murdered on July 17, 1992, alongside his partner, 18-year-old white female Donna Gene Ferguson. The couple lived together in a trailer home in Portland. Their families became concerned after not hearing from them and eventually discovered the tragic outcome.
