On the night of September 5, 2020, in Woodburn, Oregon, a young Hispanic / Latino man’s life was cut short by gunfire. Javier Montes-Reyes, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot in an incident that unfolded in the 200 block of Oswald Street.
