Jimmy Alan Pearson, a 63-year-old resident of Milwaukie, Oregon, and the owner of the A1 Hawk pawn shop chain, was found dead in his home on March 3, 2021. Pearson, born on August 19, 1957, in Dearborn, Michigan, to Alan and Shirley Mae Pearson, was a well-known figure in the local community due to his business ventures.
