Frank Falcon-Delgado, a 45-year-old Hispanic male, was killed on December 16, 2021, in a violent home invasion in Tigard, Oregon. The incident, which also claimed the life of 26-year-old Lacy Kitchens, unfolded around noon at an apartment complex near the intersection of Southwest Greenburg Road and 95th Avenue. Officers responded to reports of a shooting and found both Falcon-Delgado and Kitchens deceased at the scene.
