On the evening of Friday, July 15, 2022, Aaron H. Follstad-Martin, a 44-year-old Black/African American male, was found deceased at the intersection of Southeast 124th Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.
