A Hispanic Latino man, Eduardo Santana Lopez Jr., 29, was fatally shot on the night of October 11, 2022, in Portland, Oregon. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. in the Madison South neighborhood, specifically in the 2600 block of Northeast 82nd Avenue.
