On January 19, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. The incident took place at approximately 8 p.m. outside a motel located at 7707 S.E. 82nd Avenue near Flavel Street. Officers from the Portland Police Bureau responded to reports of a shooting and found 25-year-old Rametheus Clenese Hill of Fairview dead in the parking lot due to a gunshot wound.
