Who killed 50 year old Edward \Ed\ James Black in 1991?
On May 5, 1991, Edward "Ed" Black, a 50-year-old man, was shot and killed in Portland, Oregon. At approximately 3:15 a.m., neighbors in the 4950 block of N. Kerby Avenue heard a gunshot and found Black lying in the street, bleeding heavily. He died at the scene from his injuries. Black was well-known in the neighborhood, where he had been living out of his van and was known to have issues with alcohol. Despite these leads, no suspect has been identified, and his case remains unsolved.
