In the early hours of a Sunday morning, the life of Laddie Raymond Calhoon, a 29-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in the Hollywood neighborhood of Northeast Portland. On February 18, 2024, at approximately 2:40 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of North Halsey Street following reports of a shooting.
