In the small community of Cameron, West Virginia, the day after Christmas in 2014 brought a tragic end to the life of 19-year-old James Russell Keyser Parker. On December 26, the young man, a 2013 graduate of Cameron High School and a member of the Cameron Fire Department, was fatally shot in an incident that would be described by authorities as unintentional.
