On a Friday afternoon in Anmoore, West Virginia, a verbal argument between a young man and a woman inside an apartment on Trovato Street set in motion a tragic chain of events. The date was February 6, 2015, and the young man was 18-year-old Andrew Reaser, a Caucasian male. The woman, his girlfriend with whom he shared the apartment, placed a call to the Harrison-Taylor 911 Center, seeking assistance for the domestic dispute.
