Luther D. Hill III, a 43-year-old White/Caucasian man from Morgantown, West Virginia, was killed following a shooting on January 15, 2015. Hill was driving a 1997 Ford Explorer near Solomon's Village, a residential area off Dorsey Avenue in Morgantown, with his son, Dusty Doman, and another man, Chris Young, inside the vehicle.
