In the quiet community of Morgantown, West Virginia, the life of Robert Mark “Bo” Raber, a 30-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short on September 5, 2011. What was initially reported as an unexpected passing soon revealed itself to be a brutal act of violence that shook the region. Raber, along with four other individuals, fell victim to a murderous rampage carried out by Shayne Riggleman.
