On December 1, 2014, a tragic series of events unfolded in Monongalia County, West Virginia, resulting in the deaths of four individuals, including Doug Brady. Doug Brady, a 45-year-old resident of Westover, was the owner of Doug's Towing, a business located in Westover. He was born on June 28, 1969, in Morgantown, West Virginia.
