In the early morning hours of March 31, 2016, the life of Jesse James Loya, a 36-year-old White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in his Morgantown, West Virginia home. At approximately 4:21 a.m., the sound of gunshots shattered the quiet on Montrose Avenue, prompting a response from the Morgantown Police Department.
