In the summer of 2015, the life of 16-year-old Jeffrey Steven Wright II, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Huntington, West Virginia. On the morning of Thursday, July 23, events unfolded that would lead to his untimely death, though the full story would not begin to surface for another two days.
