In the winter of 2017, a young life was abruptly cut short in Prince George's County, Maryland. On the evening of December 26th, at approximately 9:30 p.m., police responded to the quiet area of Capital Lane and Capital Court in Largo. Inside a vehicle, they discovered 18-year-old Kelvin Robinson, a resident of nearby Bowie. He had sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
