Alim Rahim, a 22-year-old resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2016. The incident occurred in Largo, Maryland, where police responded to reports of gunshots around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Rahim in a car with multiple gunshot wounds.
