Quincy Emmanuel Barnes Dyson, a 16-year-old student from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2021. Quincy was a student at Wise High School and was well-known in his community. On that fateful day, he was shot around 4:30 a.m. in the 13500 block of Fenway Lane, approximately a mile from his home.
