On July 18, 2006, Gary Schultz, aged 59, was tragically killed in Apple Valley, California, during an armed robbery at Frogee's Bar. Two masked gunmen entered the establishment, and during the robbery, one of the suspects shot and killed Schultz, who was a bar patron at the time. The suspects fled the scene, and despite efforts by law enforcement, the case remains unsolved to this day, classified as a cold case by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
