Bernard Parker, a 59-year-old resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2015. The incident occurred in Springdale, MD, where police discovered Parker's crashed car in the 3700 block of Ladova Way. Initially, the car was found unoccupied, but it was later revealed that Parker had been taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
